Description
Lao Bai Cha is grown in the Wa Kan Shan tea garden in Yunnan Province, China, just outside of Simao Prefecture. The region is well-known for its Pu Erh tea. The bushes are a hybrid of Qun Ti Zhong, a common cultivar in the region. The Indian Ocean has an impact on the climate of Yunnan (particularly South Yunnan). Every year from October to April, the weather is very hot and dry, providing optimal growing conditions for tea plants. This tea displays smooth undertones of fresh-cut hay and sweet plums.

Love this tea, has a wonderful taste and I don’t find it bitter at all.
