Description
The beautiful area of Sun–Moon–Lake has long been known for the black teas grown here. This “Red Jade” is produced from the indigenous Taiwanese cultivar – Hong Yu TT#18. Our Fall harvest produces a medium body with hints of cherries, mint and cinnamon.
Preferred brewing method: Gai Wan, 2 tsp. water at 95C, 5-6 infusions.
